This exceptional 1 Oz Silver foil is the second release in the DC Comics Iconic Covers series. In this edition: Batman #227. A cover that breathes gothic fog and noir grit. Here, Batman isnt a hero. Hes a haunter. A dark silhouette against thunder-lit skies. Bronze Age purity. No camp. No capes in space. Just fear, silence, and grit. A turning point. The moment he steps out of the TVs glow and into something colder. Deeper. This Silver foil is officially licensed by DC. It is carefully packaged in a premium window-display case, along with its Certificate of Authenticity. Highly limited mintage of only 250 pieces worldwide! The reverse of this Silver foil features the iconic cover of Batman #227, by Neal Adams. Batman rises like a scream from the shadows. A terrified woman flees across a broken bridge. Wolves bite at her heels. Behind her, a looming mansion, all windows and secrets. You can almost hear the wind howling. Smell the rain on cold stone. The darkness is alive here. The obverse of this Silver foil features a field of DC logos spreading across the surface. At at the center, the Coat of Arms of Samoa, surrounded by the inscriptions: SAMOA 2025 the issuing country and year of issue, 1 Oz the weight of the foil, 5 DOLLARS the face value, and Ag 999 the fineness of Silver. The individual serial number seals the obverse with a mark of fate.
